On January 9, 2006, David Frundt was appointed Blue Earth's City Attorney. Frundt will fill the position occupied by Mike Johnson from 1995 to 2005. As the chief legal officer of the city, the city attorney's duties include advising the council on civil legal matters and prosecuting misdemeanor offenses. David Frundt will also continue his private practice of law with the firm.
