Practice
David Frundt is engaged in the general practice of law and concentrates in the areas of municipal law, civil litigation, family law, estate planning, real estate, business law, probate law and trusts. Mr. Frundt is the City Attorney for the City of Blue Earth, City of Wells, City of Delavan, City of Easton, City of Elmore, City of Minnesota Lake, and the City of Frost.
Professional Qualifications
Mr. Frundt was an Aquinas Scholar at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. He graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. In 1998, after receiving his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, he joined the firm of Frundt & Johnson, Ltd.
Biographical Notes
Mr. Frundt is the fourth generation of the Frundt family to join the law firm. As a life-long resident of Faribault County, he is committed to serving the area. Since returning to Faribault County after law school, David Frundt has re-established his roots through active involvement in a variety of projects. He has served as the President of the Winnebago Area Chamber of Commerce and the Blue Earth Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Frundt has also served as President of the Faribault County Bar Association, Secretary of the 17th District Bar Association, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Frundt is also a volunteer Firefighter.
